| Directions from Moncton: |
- Take Highway #1 west toward Saint John
- Stay on the Highway past the Foster Thurston exit, continuing until you see the Crown Street exit
- Take the Crown Street exit
- Travel up the exit, until you see the lights
- Turn right at the lights, and continue up the hill to Rockwood Park

| Directions from Fredericton / St. Stephen: |
- Take Highway #2 east
- Merge onto Provincial Route #7 south
- Take the Highway #1 east ramp toward Saint John
- Go across the Harbour Bridge (50 cent toll)
- Take the Somerset Street exit
- Turn right, move into the left lane, and go up the hill to the lights
- Turn left at the lights; you will see an Irving on the right
- At the intersection, turn right onto City Road
- Follow City Road until the next set of lights (you will see the Courtenay Bay Inn on the right)
- Go under the overpass, and turn right to go onto the overpass (Crown Street)
- Go up the hill and straight through the lights to Rockwood Park
